Meal Log:
Breakfast: Oatbran w/ egg whites/protein
Lunch: Muchos meato and salad (turkish!)
Snack: Source yogurt
Dinner: rotisserie chicken w/ salad
Calories: 1500ish, 50% protein, little high on the fat side today!
Exercise:
5K walk to work
30 minutes weight circuit
25 minute precor

Not bad. Not bad. I think I ate a lot more this week than last! But I'm given' er. As long as I lose 2lbs a week, I will be happy. And I'll try to be happy when I meet the dreaded plateau. I know, realistically that I do not have heaps to lose - and the closer you get, the harder it gets. Been there. And I'll be there again. And I shall conquer!!!
