Cruise Day 8 - Protein Only
Was feeling rather skittery today, after they gym. I made my hubby and I some lunch, and felt somewhat better - but still sort of down and out. Low energy. Craving sweets. Craving carbs really, but mind over matter. I delved into my fridge and pulled out the cream cheese. Took 1 tbsp of it, nuked it, threw in some protein powder (vanilla flavoured, low carb), threw in a dash of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of no fat no sugar (or virtually none) cocoa. Mixed it up - and delicious! Tasted just like Chocolate cheesecake. I will work on this 'recipe' and see if I can come up with something a little more attractive than mud in a bowl, take some pics, and show it off. But seriously, if you are dying for some chocolate - this will do!
Meal Log
Breakfast: Oatbran with egg whites
Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled with chicken bacon (not bad...that was a first)
Snack: 'Chocolate Cheesecake' dish and coffee w/ vanilla protein
Dinner: Chicken bites*
*I'm going to attempt to dip them in egg whites, and make a concoction of spices and a bit of parmesan cheese and bake it. We'll see how that goes! Maybe dip in some low fat sauce if we can come up with something.
Total calories, including dinner - approximately 1200cals.

I weighed in at the gym again (aaaahhhhhh) and it still isn't as low as it was. Will weigh in for realsies tomorrow and post it!!! It's also my weekly weigh in at work for the biggest loser contest. And I'm at 95,000 steps so far - 100,000 nadda prob!!
